The greatest compliment we can receive (in addition to a glowing review!) is a repeat client. After renovating this homeowner’s kitchen and powder room, they entrusted us to tackle their master bathroom project. For the remodel we kept in mind the style of the rest of their home, which incorporates warm tones and finishes. This Lisle family was thrilled with the results: an open and bright space with requested ample storage, additional lighting, and a large walk-in shower with modern finishes. With an average ROI of 46%, a master bathroom renovation is a wise investment, and a great update that can add value to your everyday life.
Covered storage was a top priority for our homeowners, so we installed a single sink vanity, which allowed us the space to include tall linen cabinets on both sides. We did not change the footprint of this bathroom, but everything got an update from floor to ceiling. The countertop along with shower sill and wall top is beautiful Hanstone quartz in “Rocky Shores”. This crisp, cream backdrop is speckled with warm grays and rich browns. The pattern is uniformed with a polished finish. The wideset bathroom faucet in antique bronze is Devonshire by Kohler, which contrasts nicely with the bright white rectangular sink, also by Kohler. The embassy cabinet doors are in a clean white matte color with a traditional crown top. The backsplash and sidesplash are a continuation of the countertop, which ties in nicely with the overall bathroom design

We have completely updated the luxurious walk-in shower by utilizing the same bathroom floor tiles for the shower walls. These 12×24 tiles are gorgeous and compliment the 2×2 , also by Stratos Avorio. Notice the subtle shower wall border in bliss cappuccino, an elegant touch and pop of neutral color to the shower space. Hardware is in antique bronze, which includes the Devonshire faucet and hand-held showerhead. Corner shelves for products, a towel hook, and a large bench seat round out the design here.
The next time you’re in a residential bathroom, take a moment to look up and down. Beautiful flooring and ample lighting are essential to a successful bathroom remodel, so be sure to consider those selections carefully when renovating. We replaced the carpeting in the vanity area with Stratos Avorio matte 12×24 floor tiles. These strong and sophisticated porcelain tiles include a bullnose baseboard and were installed parallel to the doorway. In addition to the light fixture, we added two new recessed lights in the vanity area for more task lighting.
You’ll notice a soothing color on the walls, Chocolate Mousse by Benjamin Moore, and lovely wall accessories supplied by the homeowner. Their old toilet was replaced with a more energy efficient highline toilet by Kohler. This two-piece elongated toilet has innovative features, a standard seat height, and a consistent high rating due to its performance. All that’s left to do for our homeowners is to enjoy their new space now!
