This mahogany wood is a straight-grained reddish brown timber and is popular due to its rich hue and durability. In addition, it is pest-resistant, making it an ideal choice for exterior wood. Its attractive color is uniform, but can also hold paint and stain well. The cedar shutters add visual interest and style to the home, and the posts truly pop against the pewter-colored siding.
When looking at our home’s exterior renovation, your eyes are immediately drawn to the new brick paver driveway, walkway, and patio. By using the same material, there is a cohesion from front to back, and both are equally inviting areas. Friends and family can now gather under the beautiful pergola and share food and conversation.
